At Casario, we strive to deliver high-quality HPL sheets and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our Replacement Policy allows you to request a replacement under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms, eligibility, and procedures for initiating a replacement request.

  1. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product received is damaged during transit, defective, or not as per the order specifications.
  • The request for replacement is initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all packaging materials intact.
  • You must provide proof of damage or defect, including images or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • You must strictly adhere to the warranty certificate guidelines provided with the product. Failure to follow the warranty certificate instructions will render the replacement request null and void.
  1. Non-Eligible Scenarios for Replacement

The following scenarios are not eligible for replacement:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way after delivery.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to non-compliance with the warranty certificate instructions.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Minor variations in product color, texture, or specifications due to display differences or natural material properties.
  1. Replacement Request Process

If your product meets the eligibility criteria, you can initiate a replacement request by following these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at casarioindia@gmail.com or call us at +91 76196 40383 within 7 days of product delivery. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
  2. Verification Process: Once we receive your replacement request, our team will review the submitted information and verify the issue.
    • In some cases, we may arrange for an inspection of the product to confirm eligibility.
  3. Approval: If the request is approved, we will notify you via email or phone and provide further instructions for returning the product.
    • The product must be packed securely in its original packaging for return.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product reaches us safely.
  4. Replacement Shipment: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will initiate the replacement process. The replacement product will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
  1. Important Notes
  • Warranty Compliance: Replacement requests will not be entertained if the customer has failed to follow the guidelines outlined in the warranty certificate. Proper product usage, care, and installation are essential to maintain warranty validity.
  • Return Shipping: In case of a replacement due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will bear the return shipping charges. For all other scenarios, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Product Inspection: Returned products will be inspected to verify the claim. If the product does not meet the replacement criteria, the request will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Single Replacement Policy: Only one replacement request will be allowed per order. Subsequent claims will not be entertained.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Casario HPL’s liability is limited to providing a replacement product as per the terms outlined in this policy.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, delivery delays, or replacement delays.
  • This Replacement Policy is subject to compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
